The 13th Forum of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan has started in Astana, aimed at discussing актуальные issues of industry development with the participation of representatives from government bodies and business. At the opening, Vice Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Saparbekov, delivered a welcoming speech. According to him, mechanical engineering remains one of the key sectors of the economy, accounting for about 20% of the manufacturing industry. By the end of 2025, production in the sector grew by approximately 18% and exceeded 5.7 trillion tenge.
