On August 31 – September 1, 2025, the next summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was held in Tianjin, China. It was the largest gathering in the history of the organization. The summit was attended by presidents of more than 20 countries and heads of over 10 international organizations. The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, also participated in the historic summit in Tianjin and held a number of important meetings in the Chinese capital.
The documentary film “Мәңгілік достық” (“Eternal Friendship”), highlights the President’s visit to China, the SCO summit in Tianjin, and Kazakh-Chinese relations.
