Sayasat Nurbek was born in 1981 in Semey. He graduated from Marshalltown College (USA), Gumilyov Eurasian National University, La Sapienza University of Rome (Italy), Kokshe Academy. He received internships and refresher courses in the USA, Singapore, Belgium, Japan, and Holland. On February 6, 2024, he was appointed Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the Head of State.
