“Night at the Museum”: Rare exhibits showcased in Almaty

Almaty is hosting the “Night at the Museum” campaign dedicated to International Museum Day. From 6 p.m. until midnight, residents and visitors of the city will be able to visit the city’s museums free of charge and take part in a rich cultural program. The campaign will cover several cultural venues across the city, including the Almaty Museum of History, the Ykhlas Museum of Folk Musical Instruments, the Akhmet Baitursynuly House Museum, the museums of Dinmukhamed Kunaev, Sabit Mukanov, Gabit Musrepov, the Nurgisa Tlendiyev Memorial Museum, the Multimedia Center of Traditional Music, as well as other institutions.
