Vyacheslav Konstantinovich Kim (born June 12, 1969, Alma-Ata, Kazakh SSR) is a businessman, public figure, co-founder, shareholder, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kaspi.kz, as well as President of the National Taekwondo Federation of Kazakhstan (2013–2024). He graduated from Abai Almaty State University with a degree in Economics and Finance (1998) and from the Russian-Kazakh Modern Humanities University with a degree in Finance (2002). On December 3, 2021, he was awarded the Order of Barys, 2nd class, for his significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
