Saken Isabekov Sainovich was born on February 10, 1980, in Moscow. From 2001 to 2003, he served his compulsory military service in the units of the Republican Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He graduated from D.A. Kunaev University with a degree in law. In January 2022, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has been awarded the Order of "Aibyn" II degree and the medals "For Impeccable Service" III degree, as well as "For Distinguished Service in Ensuring the Security of the First President" I, II, and III degrees.
