#Aibek Dadebayev

Born on April 1, 1980, in Almaty.

In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages. In 2003, he completed a master’s degree in Regional Studies.

From 2001 to 2002, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of International Tourism Management at the Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages.

From 2008 to 2011, he served as an expert in the Department of Interparliamentary Relations and International Cooperation of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and as Acting Assistant to the Chair of the Senate.

From 2011 to 2013, he worked as Attaché and Third Secretary at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations in Geneva.

From 2013 to 2019, he was Deputy Head and later Head of the Secretariat of the Chair of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2021, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From May 2021 to January 2022, he worked as Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In January 2022, he was appointed Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 6, 2024, by Presidential Decree, he was appointed Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He holds the diplomatic rank of Counselor, Class II.

He has been awarded the Order of “Kurmet” and the medal “For Distinguished Labor.”
