The "Terrex Barys-A 8×8," a combat vehicle of Kazakh production capable of moving across water, was showcased in the capital.
This armored multi-purpose amphibious combat vehicle is a product of the Singaporean company "Singapore Technologies Engineering." The Kazakh side acquired all the documents that allow for the assembly and modernization of this equipment. In the near future, the vehicle will undergo rigorous testing in various weather and natural conditions. Only if it proves its reliability in heat, cold, mud, and sand will it receive approval for mass production.
