Zhanat Elimanov Born in 1978 in Karaganda, Zhanat Elimanov graduated from Buketov Karaganda State University. Since April 2019, he has occupied the office of Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Financial Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
