Yermek Kosherbayev Bedelbayevich was born on May 2, 1965, in Alma-Ata. In 1988, he graduated from the Kazakh State University named after S. Kirov with a degree in History with teaching in a foreign language. In 1993, he completed the Diplomatic Academy of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specializing in International Relations and Foreign Policy. On February 14, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He holds the diplomatic rank of First Class Counselor.
