Yerjan Saparbekovich Sadenov was born in 1968 in Kuigan village, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1993, he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, and in 1998 from the Karaganda Higher School of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan. Since September 2023, he has been serving as the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2018, he was awarded the Order of "Aibyn" II degree.
