Shakhmurat Mutalip was born on September 18, 1990, in the village of Kaztsik, Almaty Region. He holds a Master's degree in Economics. He has held various leadership positions in several companies. Since February 2024, he has been serving as the President of the Boxing Federation of Kazakhstan.
