Gani Beisembayev was born in 1969 in the Kyzylorda region. He graduated from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. He holds a doctorate in philosophy and psychology. He has worked for many years in various leadership positions in the field of education. He has been awarded the "Eren Enbegi Ucin" medal and other state honors.
