Bulat Zhamitovich Utemuratov (born November 13, 1957, Guryev, Kazakh SSR, USSR) is a Kazakhstani statesman, public figure, entrepreneur, billionaire, sports official, and philanthropist. He is the President of the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation, Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Tennis Federation (ITF).
