Ali Altynbayev Sapargalievich was born in 1979 in Almaty Region. He graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management (2000), Turan University (2015), and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (2019). Since September 2024, he has been the First Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
