Aida Galymkyzy Balaeva - was born in 1974 in the Almaty region. She graduated from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and the Kazakh National Agrarian University. Since September 2, 2023, she has been serving as the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Previously, she held various government positions, including Minister of Information and Social Development. She has been awarded the "Kurmet," "Parasat," and "Barys" orders, as well as the "Dostyk" order from Uzbekistan.
