Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova, speaking at a Government briefing, stated that the issue of increasing the duration of patient appointments has been under consideration since 2024. According to the Minister, there are still cases where medical professionals work in separate information systems that are not integrated with one another. Last year, by merging several medical information systems, the workload of doctors was reduced by 40%.
